Contract manager
Responsibilities:
- Create and update contract summaries for project team communication.
- Manage all contract documents to meet obligations and milestones.
- Implement project-specific business procedures including correspondence, notifications, insurance, change orders, and claim preparation.
- Utilize contractual analysis to protect Groupe PMM’s interests with clients, partners, and suppliers/subcontractors.
- Handle change notices, prepare business proposals, and manage contract letters.
- Anticipate and manage events and risks, proposing strategies and solutions.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Collaborate on insurance matters.
- Provide comprehensive contractual and business analysis upon management’s request.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certifications advantageous.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation and drafting contractual documents.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Projects.
- Experience in client-focused operational management.
- Self-reliant, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication in French and English, with French used in contracts, correspondence, and meetings.
- Willingness to occasionally travel throughout the REM network.
- Flexibility in work schedule as needed.
