Procurement manager

Responsibilities:   

  • Lead strategic procurement planning from pre-bid to project closure.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
  • Develop and enforce policies for compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and improve procurement performance and processes.
  • Supervise procurement activities and manage buy-outs.
  • Assess and qualify vendors, materials, and services.
  • Process requisitions and issue purchase orders.
  • Contribute to procurement and contract management guidelines.
  • Maintain records and analyze market trends for future planning.
  • Resolve vendor disputes and ensure policy adherence.
  • Communicate and enforce procurement policies to project teams.
  • Manage projections, financial planning, and procurement reporting.
  • Review and oversee procurement analytics and deliverables.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Proficiency in procurement processes and contract negotiation.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Experience in managing procurement teams and projects.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in procurement management.
